Herbal Smoking Remedies

Is there an herbal anti-smoking remedy?

No, it's not recommended that pregnant or nursing women take the St. John's Wort. Insufficient studies have been conducted on this herb, and the potential effects on the baby are still unknown. Note, that it takes about a month for St. John's Wort to work its way out of your system. It's best to stop taking it immediately if you are trying to conceive. If you are concerned about depression or anxiety during pregnancy, please talk to your doctor or medical practitioner.
