Avoiding Vitamin K

What foods contain vitamin K? I am on blood thinning medication and need avoid this vitamin.

Foods that contain vitamin K include alfalfa, asparagus, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, cheddar cheese, egg yolks, green leafy lettuce, liver, seaweed, spinach, turnip greens, vegetable oils. Check with your doctor about other foods to avoid when taking this medication.
