Are there any specific supplements that might help with neck and shoulder pain?
Certain mineral deficiencies can lead to muscle tension, which can become a literal pain in the neck. Ensure you have an adequate intake of magnesium, calcium, potassium and zinc. Top up on the B vitamins, and try niacin for pain relief. Vitamin E is also recommended. For general relaxation, sip some soothing chamomile tea.
