Multi-vitamins & Urine

I just took a multi-vitamin and my urine has turned neon green. What's wrong with me?

Don't worry, you haven't got a radioactive bladder. This is a natural occurrence when ingesting certain vitamins, especially those from the B-complex family. Excess riboflavin (vitamin B2) is excreted in urine, giving it that fluorescent hue. Note, greenish urine can sometimes be an indication of a urinary tract infection or bile problems, but if you have recently taken a multivitamin containing Bs this is most likely the source of that bright green tinge.
